As Herod said during the interview in VG Wednesday, September 27, 1978:
"By mistake as Tarzan comes up all the way, and it's just going to have to be a collision. The jungle kings as warriors. The only thing I lost is that the audience will laugh, and play will probably slaughtered. I have not concentrated on the deeper meaning. "
It was also the replacement in the villain role in the play. Øystein Selenius stepped in for Jahn. He had played the role before - four times as Jahn was sick. This role would he have the season, to 9 June.

Bloody Mary - 1979.
"Bloody Mary and Teigen" was the headline in the daily newspaper VG, Wednesday, August 29, 1979.
This was NOK a Norwegian version of a foreign musical. This time around the woman pirate, Mary Read, but where Jahn has created new music for the play. The reason that Jahn was asked to create music for the play "Bloody Mary" was his close collaboration with David Toguri in music alone "Rocky Horror Show and Phantom Happy Wedding". David Toguri was an instructor for just "Bloody Mary".
"Bloody Mary" is / was a family event and author of the play is Ken Hill. In the play "Bloody Mary" has writer Ken Hill used pirate Mary Read as a starting point. Pirate, Mary Read made life harder for those who came to her near the lake around 1700. Pirate, Mary Read ravaged around Jamaicakysten. Mary Read was eventually caught and locked behind bars, "and that was where she ended her last days: In this piece ends is not so terrible as the reality and that in the original musical. The director had to take this into consideration when he performed the play as a family event.
Piratjengen of women were Kari Simonsen as "Mary Read", Nanna Tandberg as "Mary Read his right hand Henrietta". Contributors female pirates were on Anne Marit Jacobsen, Jenny Hoff, and Astrid Folstad.
In the play had Mary Read also a sister named Lucy. She was played by Merete Moen. Otherwise contributed Svein Sturla Hungnes, Knut Risan, Nils Ole Oftebro, Erik Hivju and Joachim Calmeyer.

Welcome dear audience stood in the program booklet that was handed out to the crowd when the guys in the Prima Vera had performance on ABC revue theater in 1982. We are very happy and quite a little surprised that you have come here to attend the evening's performance here at the alphabet theater. Considering that the evening's executive artists exclusively consists of securing prisoners who are hand picked and discreetly shipped to Norway from the world's most heavily guarded prisons. But by all means! Do not let this put a damper on the evening. Prisoners (artists) are basically relatively sympathetic people as long as we treat them accordingly. Profanity and the lack of applause and laughter from the audience is tolerating the rest do not. Should the unlikely event such a situation arise, we can not accept any responsibility for any artists' aggressive behavior: It's up to yourselves to act in the best possible way. It is of course our primary desire that such conflicts will not occur, but for any anxious audience members can we as a soothing comfort make note that the country's most modern intensive care unit is located virtually next door to the theater (cf. National Hospital in the telephone directory).
Well, it remains only to wish you all a very compelling (he he) even, or to put it as one of the artists (Head Cape holder from Cairo): "They want to NOK sit chained to chairs in the auditorium."
Good luck and if any good improvement.
Lee Harvey Oswald, Instructor.

In this musical, it is three guys that should be mentioned a little more depth:
Walter Carlos, better known as "the Jackal" needs no introduction. He is already an established international star. Who does not remember his brilliant performances in shows such as: "Walter Get Your Gun" and "The Jackal redder negro king's daughter".
Then there are the famous John Hinkley Jr.. The Singing John Hinkley Jr.. is a young and very promising criminal. He started early as terrorist, but was not the attention that he deserved. This changed when he met Ronald Reagan. Hinkley jr. have had central roles in prison shows that: "They shoot horses, don` t they? " and "Something funny happend on the way to Ullersmo".
Finally I want to mention Pete Sutcliffe. The man who has been a concept when it comes to prison shows. He has previously appeared in the famous fengselsmusicals as: "My scared Lady" and "Kvele Man on the Roof". This fun figure has already debuted in 1965, but was not the final breakthrough until 1981.

This musical is comprised of two acts:
Act 1
1. The fruit from Alcatraz - All.
2. Fengselspolkaen go - Walter / Ballet.
3. Sing, sing, sing and be merry - John / Pete.
4. Is this lift serviced? Yes, it is the police officer - Sketch comedy / All.
Act 2
1. I want a blue baton! - All.
2. The thief, the thief will you Pete / Ballet.
3. I'm a bully with blue eyes - Walter.
4. The taken last laughs best: - All.

La Boheme - Vienna 1986.
It all started July 4, 1985. With a coincidence that Jahn read a short note in VG's Dramas.
The text of this notice was as follows:
Popsangere from around the world now have the chance to debut as opera singers. In the fall will Wiener Kammeroper invite to try singing for poppversjonen of "La Boheme" which will have world premiere in February.
When this was read as set Jahn started his own private investigation. He contacted the Norwegian Embassy in Vienna. After a few phones that got Jahn know how to try singing to keep the place. Jahn and Anita traveled to Vienna for their own account. When they came down so no one showed who they were. They asked for an audition with Popsangere from all over Europe. They won and got the lead role in popversjonen of Puccini's "La Bohene" as Mimi and Marcel.
Actually it was only Jahn who was to audition. Anita was to accompany. But what songs they might present to the American director Sam Cale, they were not sure. Should they choose Opera? rock? pop? It ended with the man with kølappnummer 41 entered the scene, connected from the microphone from its stand and sang "O Sole Mio" with such a big impact that even Anita had been spared until then. In the middle of "O Solo Mio" stopped the Jahn and asked for a rockelåt. Jahn sang the first verse of his own "Sound of Love". Then the first verse was done Anita sat down at the piano and sang the second verse. What happened then is not common during an audition. All stood up and applauded.
"You are the best" was the message they got along with that they would meet up the day after the dance samples. It went so well for Jahn that he was promoted from the intended role of Marcel to the primary role of Rudolph. Jahn had actually received the most to do. 7 to 8 songs alone, lines and lots of choreography. Anita comes into play after a while, and she is one of the female participants who had most to do. At the peak of the 13 pieces on the stage.
2. February 1986 (Sunday) so had Jahn and Anita's first public performance in Vienna's Chamber Opera with poputgaven of Puccini's "La Bohene". The official premiere was the first few days after (Tuesday 04.02.86), but the reaction to judge from yesterday's full set saddle should be tailored for success. As it also was.
Jahn and Anita as it once was married was also boyfriends and hovedrolleinnhavere in the show. They received enthusiastic applause from a mixed, but adorned and formed the audience. After the curtain had to fall so they and the rest of the big fourteen-man ensemble on stage and receive the tribute all four times. It deserved the supremely after a two-hour show where actually the peak of pure dialogue in German, and then without an audible miss It is an achievement in itself.
In "La Boheme" as had Jahn and Anita had roles that suited them well and that they exploited to the full. Jahn had toyed with the facial expression, emotions, and very powerful voice. Anita was, naturally NOK, very credible as his sensitive and beautiful girlfriend.
The story of La Boheme is a simple depiction of love in a classic Boheme environment, where young artists would rather go to a cafe than to buy fuel. In the happy days taken Poet Rudolph (Jahn) and Syersken Mimi (Anita), and they are very in love. She will however, told that she is mortally ill and leaving Rudolph to save him the grief. Then she will die, she can no longer be away from him, and it all ends with that she dies in his arms.

Charlie's Aunt - Chateu Neuf Oslo 1995.
By Brandon Thomas.
Director and workmanship: Runar Borge.
Sets: Svein Lund-Roland.
Music: Egil Monn-Iversen.
Cast: Jahn Teigen, Rolv Wesenlund, Harald Heide Steen jr., Kari Rasmussen, Guri Schanke, Anitra Eriksen, Solfrid Heier, Trond Teigen and Kim Prisoner.

How we even knew the beloved comedian pair, has resurrected. It happened on "Charlie's Aunt" premiere last night, when Harald H. Steen jr. courted Wesenlund. It was an unequivocal yes from the audience.
In the spring of last year they played two stage veterans of "Charlie's Aunt" at the Norwegian Theater. This is a flor light farce about stupid love entanglement with no other purpose than to amuse. When they move up to the Chateau Neuf, it is abundantly clear that the previous round, has done something about the chemistry between Rolv Wesensten and Harald H. Steen jr. After years of stage assignments in different parts, now has the confidence to play each other again. Safer than they were in the previous release.
In "Charlie's Aunt" where Rolv Wesenlund appears that fiery south-American senora, is there a courting scene. It is Didrik Due alias Harald H. Steen jr. which proposes to Donna Lucia alias Uncle Babben alias Rolv Wesenlund. The scene is wonderfully long, and the two parhestene improvise himmelropende rein loose and lekelystent. They are purely verbal tangopar. Jahn Teigen performed the role of Mr. Nandor Spettevik - a somewhat dubious guy. Mr. Nandor Spettevik was dad to 2 of the other co-star girls including Olivia Lewis.
The play offers entertainment of the most shred light stroke. Plus five new opponents, all well-chosen and cooperative with the two central improvisors.
